Istinja' (Cleansing after defecating / urinating)

Abu Hurairah RA said, "One time we walked together with Rasulullah SAW and passed two graves, then Prophet SAW stopped and we also stopped. Suddenly the face of Prophet SAW changed and his sleeves moved, so we asked him, "Dear Rasululah, what happened to you?" Then Prophet SAW said, "Don’t you hear what I hear?” We replied, "Hear what dear Rasulullah?" Then Prophet SAW said, "Both men in these graves are being tortured with a severe punishment for the sins that they did." Then we asked again, "What kind of sins, dear Rasulullah?" Then Rasulullah SAW said, "One of these men is not clean in istinja' (cleansing) after urinating and the second one liked to annoy others and create conflicts among them." After that, Prophet SAW took two palm leaves (dates) and planted them upright on the graves. Seeing what is done by Prophet SAW, we asked him again, "Dear Rasulullah, is it going to give them any benefit?" Then Prophet SAW said, "Yes, it can help reduce the burden while the two leaves are still damp."(HR .Accounts of Ibnu Hibban within his Shahih, as well as Ibnu Murdzir in his hadits accounts, Page. 42, juz/section I)
Rasulullah SAW explained, "Beware of urinating/defecating in three cursed places." Then it was asked, "Dear Rasulullah, what are the three places,?" So Prophet SAW replied, "Sheltering place, walkway and water puddle."(HR .Accounts of Ahmad son of Hambal, as well as Ibnu Murdzir in his hadits accounts, Page. 40, juz/section I)
Rasulullah SAW explained, "Truly my place for you is like a father, therefore, I teach you, when one of you is about to urinate/defecate, so he/she should not face kiblat (direction of pray) or face against it, and you should not clean after using your right hands."(Kasyful Ghummah, Page. 31, juz/section I)
Makhul RA said that Rasulullah SAW forbid urinating in front of the mosque doors.(HR .Accounts of  Abi Dawud, as well as Ibnu Murdzir in his hadits accounts, Page. 41, juz/section I)
Rasulullah SAW explained, "If any of you urinate so you should squeeze the testicles three times (pulling and pressing them gently until all urine is out). (Kasyful Ghummah, Page. 31, juz/section I)
Friend Qatadah accounts a hadits from Abdullah son of Sarjas that Prophet SAW forbid to urinate in animals’ nest (holes). Then it was asked, "Is it makruh (advised against) urinating in animals’ nest (holes)?" So Qatadah replied, "Yes, for it is the house of djinn."(HR. Ahmad, Abu Dawud and An-Nasa'i, as well as Ibnu Murdzir in his hadits accounts, Page. 41, juz/section I)
Prophet SAW forbids speaking while urinating, and he explained, "It is not allowed for two persons urinating and talking while their aurat (forbidden parts) are exposed, for truly Allah SWT is furious with such matter. (Kasyful Ghummah, Page. 31, juz/section I)
